Unlike traditional support processes, the customer journey in this project was designed as follows:

👨‍💼 The customer calls the call center to report the problem with their modem.

📞 If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or requires visual support, the representative sends a link via SMS.

🔗 The customer clicks the link and joins the video call directly via browser, without the need to download any application.

👁 The representative can instantly see the device through the camera, easily analyze the malfunction, and guide the customer step by step on what to do.

🧑‍🔧 Many issues are resolved at the first point of contact without the need to involve the technical support team.
